First I found out I need to keep tapping the side button on the band to see what the screens are: Time, steps, distance and, finally, calories.
Then I went into app and found I needed to swipe to get from the steps page to the sleep page (so there are two main pages). On each of these pages is a circle with total steps or total sleep. You need to tap on the circles to see the history info and you can see that by the day, week or month.
As for accuracy, I cannot say ad I have only had this three days. I do know the total deep and light sleep hours do NOT add up to the total sleep hours in the circle on the sleep page.
But it certainly would have been nice to have these very simple instructions come with the band. Hope this helps someone else.
SuriCampbell , 05/29/2020So first of all the paper doesn’t come with things like how long the arch takes to charge but that isn’t a big problem. So when installed the app it wanted to know a bunch of information. Then I saw the find watch thing and I pressed and nothing happened but then input in the watch and all I felt was a vibration. So question if we lose the watch we technically won’t be able to find it because all it will do is vibrate. The watch is ok but I wish it had a tracker on it so if weblike it we can track. Sure it'll disconnect and sometimes won't say that I've gotten a text, which I don't mind because I found that option after I had bought it so it's a bonus when it does work.
The only real problem I've had is once I've taken it off and it's disconnected I have to go to my Bluetooth setting and forget it and then find it again and all works well. I didn't spend a lot so I can't complain with the few hiccups I've come across
